FTA Now Accepting Corporate Tax Clarifications on EmaraTax
12/09/2024The Federal Tax Authority’s (FTA) EmaraTax Portal has recently expanded its services to include the filing of private clarifications on all corporate tax matters.
Earlier, the FTA was only accepting private clarification requests that were in relation to Corporate Tax registrations and the portal specifically mentioned that the clarification filed for any other corporate tax matter would not be addressed. This restriction is now removed.
Last year, the FTA released a user manual on submitting private clarification requests through the EmaraTax portal. This manual outlines the requirements and process for submission. For your convenience, here you can find a copy of the manual.
