Flexible Implementation of the Integrated Customs Tariff at the 12-Digit Level

As part of ongoing regional harmonization efforts and in alignment with the Gulf Cooperation Council’s (GCC) unified customs framework, the UAE Federal Customs Authority has announced the flexible implementation of the Integrated Customs Tariff at the 12-Digit Level, in accordance with Customs Notice No. (10/2025).

This strategic move introduces a phased transition from the current 8-Digit classification system to a more detailed 12-Digit structure.
