Senior Associate - Corporate & International Tax

𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

As an Andersenite, the selected candidate is expected to:

• Work as a part of firm’s team delivering corporate and international tax services to our clients.
• Work on various corporate and international tax assignments such as tax advisory including planning and structuring assignments, tax impact assessments & implementation, tax compliances, tax provisions, FTA private clarifications, tax audits/ assessments/ litigations, if any.
• Interact with the clients for gathering facts, response to queries and relevant information required for the assignment.
• Interpretation of the UAE CT law, conduct relevant research work and assist the team in drafting of advisory report/ note.
• Work on a portfolio of clients and handle their corporate tax assignments.
• Stay updated with the changing corporate tax landscape and provide relevant updates to the clients.

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably from Big 4 consultancy firms
• Knowledgeable in corporate & international tax is a must
• Must have a bachelor's or master's degree in accountancy or related field
• With professional certifications such as Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or ACCA (Member) is preferred
• Open to overseas candidates who are willing to relocate in Dubai
