Legal Counsel / Lawyer

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert support and feedback throughout projects to ensure uninterrupted legal procedures.
• Draft and review agreements, provide technically accurate opinions, and ensure high-quality standards in documentation.
• Apply theoretical knowledge to practical business solutions, gather relevant information using effective research tools.
• Aid in resolving legal issues, ensuring compliance with current laws.
• Maintain legal cases, submit them to relevant authorities, manage legal records, and adhere to office protocols while seeking new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Completed a bachelor's degree or master's degree in law, legal, corporate law, or any related field.
• Must have at least 5 years of related experience of which 2 years must be within the UAE.
• With experience in legal due diligence and corporate law.
