Senior Associate – Indirect Tax

𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Assist Manager/Assistant Manager in ensuring end-to-end compliance for assigned clients.
• Conduct Excise & VAT health checks across various industries.
• Handle regular compliance tasks, including timely VAT return reviews.
• Maintain backup data and VAT return workings in FAF related to tax compliance.
• Manage FTA Portal functions such as VAT registration amendments and filing technical clarifications, and provide ad-hoc client advice.

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in VAT & Excise laws, regulations, procedures, and compliance in the UAE
• Must have at least one of the following certifications – ACCA/CA/CPA/Law/CA IPCC
• Up-to-date knowledge of VAT & Excise laws, regulations, procedures, guides, public clarifications in UAE
