Asst. Manager - Corporate & International Tax

𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Collaborate with the firm’s team to deliver corporate and international tax services to clients.
• Handle a range of corporate and international tax assignments, including tax advisory, planning, structuring, compliance, audits, assessments, and litigation. Develop skills to lead engagements.
• Manage a portfolio of clients and oversee their corporate tax assignments.
• Support the team with the interpretation of corporate tax laws and conduct relevant research.
• Engage with government authorities and regulators to discuss tax provision interpretations, positions, and related jurisprudence or rulings.

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience from a tax consultancy firm is required
• With experience in BIG 4 companies is a plus.
• Knowledgeable in corporate and international taxation
• Available to join immediately is preferred
